Customer FAQ
Straight answers about joining and living with a beauty plan.
What is a beauty plan?
A beauty plan is a monthly agreement between you and your salon or clinic. Instead of paying for treatments in one go, you pay a fixed monthly amount and receive the treatments and benefits they include in the plan. Your salon or clinic designs the plan; Plan4beauty handles the contract and the payments.
How much does a plan cost?
Your salon or clinic sets its own plans and their monthly amounts — there is no fixed national price list. Find them on the map, open their page and you will see exactly what they offer before you agree to anything.
Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes. You can manage, pause or cancel your plan from the app. Your contract sets out any notice period your salon applies — you see those terms in full, digitally, before you sign anything.
Who takes the payment?
Payments are collected automatically each month by Direct Debit through Plan4beauty, on behalf of your salon. You are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and every payment shows in your app.
Is this a loan or credit agreement?
Your plan is an ongoing agreement for services with your salon, paid monthly — the full terms are in the contract you sign digitally when you join, together with our Terms & Conditions. If anything is unclear, ask your salon or contact us before you sign.
What happens if my salon leaves Plan4beauty?
If your salon stops offering plans, your agreement winds down under the terms of your contract — you will not keep being charged for services you can no longer receive. We will tell you what is happening and what your options are.
What if I move or change salon?
Plans are with a specific salon, so a plan does not transfer automatically. You can cancel under your contract terms and join a plan at another participating salon — the map shows who is near you.
Do I need the app?
The app is where you sign your contract, see your payments and manage your plan, so you will need it to join. It is free, and joining takes a few minutes.
