From applying to your first collection
Here is every stage.
A short form: your business, what you do, roughly what you charge and what you currently use for bookings.
Not a sales pitch. We take your actual treatments and prices and work out what a plan would look like.
Before any money can be collected on your behalf, your business is reviewed and approved.
Set the total, the number of months, what is included and your cancellation policy. We generate the agreement.
Pick one regular who you know will say yes. They accept on their phone and set up the Direct Debit.
What to bring to the call
Bring your price list, a rough idea of how many regulars you have, and any treatment you have lost sales on because of price.
You will leave the call with a specific plan design and specific numbers, whether or not you join. If we do not think Plan4beauty will pay for itself for your business, we will tell you on the call rather than sign you up.
The first month, realistically
Most providers put a handful of clients on plans in the first month, not their whole book. That is the right pace. It lets you see the whole cycle once, end to end, before you move more of your book across.
By month three, providers who make this work have usually stopped thinking about it. The collections just happen.
What we do to help
- A plan design session on the call, free, whether you join or not
- Wording you can use with clients, so you are not inventing an explanation on the spot
- Someone to email when something looks wrong
What we need from you
- Deliver what the plan says, on time
- Tell us straight away if you cannot, so we can suspend collections
- Keep your cancellation policy honest and stick to it
- Mark treatments as delivered, to keep the record complete
