How payments work
One monthly Direct Debit, fully visible, protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Setting up
When you join a plan you sign your contract digitally and authorise a Direct Debit mandate in the same flow — it takes a few minutes and there is nothing to print or post. Your first collection date is shown before you confirm.
Every month
Your monthly amount is collected automatically. You can see every collection — past and upcoming — in the app, so there are no surprises. If a payment fails, we retry it and keep you informed.
Your protection
- Payments are made under the Direct Debit Guarantee — if an error is ever made in the payment of your Direct Debit, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank.
- Your contract states the monthly amount; it cannot be changed without the notice set out in your terms.
- Cancelling follows the terms you signed — and you can always see those terms in the app.
Who is taking my money?
Collections are made through Plan4beauty on behalf of your salon, and passed to the salon. Your bank statement will show the collection clearly, and the app shows which salon and plan every payment belongs to.
